Caribbean Stud Poker Live Game Overview

The live casino game Caribbean Stud Poker Live is played against the house rather than other players, as per traditional poker games.

The Ante bet and optional 5+1 Bonus bet and Progressive Jackpot side bet

To start the game you have to place an Ante bet, and you also have the option to place a 5+1 Bonus bet and/or a Progressive Jackpot side bet. At the end of each game, the evaluation of these side bets are separate in order to give you another chance to win.

You and the dealer each receive five cards. You are given your cards face up, while the dealer's are face down except their final card.

    Call or fold

You must decide to ‘Call’ or ‘Fold’ after checking your cards. If you make a call ‘Call’ then you must place a bet worth double your Ante bet.

Folding means you forfeit your cards and Ante bet.

    The dealer’s cards revealed

Once the dealer has turned over their cards to reveal a five-card hand, they must hold at least an Ace and a King or higher to qualify. Their lowest possible hand for qualification is therefore Ace, King, 4, 3, 2.

    The 5+1 Bonus Bet

To win the 5+1 Bonus side bet, your five cards plus the dealer’s first face up card must form a five-card poker hand of a Three of a Kind or better.

The Ante bet has to be placed before you are able to place the 5+1 Bonus bet.

Your result in regular gameplay has no impact on the outcome of this side bet.

    Progressive Jackpot Side Bet

This game features two payout levels: Progressive Jackpot and lower fixed prizes.

The value of the Progressive Jackpot increases until it is won, and it has an unlimited potential value. It pays out even if you fold or are beaten by the dealer’s hand.
