1. ENTRY

 

1.1 This competition is featured on the Jackpotjoy Twitter page located at www.Twitter.com/Jackpotjoy, the “Twitter Page”.

1.2 You must be over 18 years old and a resident of the UK or Ireland (and be located in one of those countries when you participate).

1.4 This competition is running between 09:00 (BST) on Thursday 25th January until 23:59 (BST) on Sunday 28th January (the “Competition Period”).

1.5 Entry is free of charge by retweeting the relevant tweet and and following the Jackpotjoy Twitter profile during the Competition Period. You may only enter this competition once and only your first entry will be counted.

1.6 If you are found attempting to enter the competition multiple times or using multiple accounts you will not be eligible.

1.7 Our employees and contractors (and their family members) (or those of any Gamesys group companies) and the employees of our applicable third party partner(s) are excluded from entering the competition and any entries by them will not be considered.

1.8 You must not submit any content that: (a) is sexually explicit or offensive, including, but not limited, to messages or content that are expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, prejudice or profanity; (b) is abusive, defamatory or harassing or insulting to other members; (c) advertises, promotes or otherwise relates to any other websites or online or offline ventures, discusses illegal activities or personal details; (d) is about us or the Website or any other website connected to us and is untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging to us; or (e) contains or references children or alcohol. You agree not to submit any content that you do not own, you do not have the right to post or that otherwise infringes the content of someone else. These restrictions apply to the entirety of the content that you submit, which means that it must not appear anywhere in the content, including in the background or the foreground. We may not use any content that includes (in any way) any of the restricted material set out in this paragraph.

 

2. WINNER SELECTION

 

2.1 All eligible entries will be judged by our panel (which includes an independent adjudicator), who will choose the winners.

One winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants at random the day after the end of the Competition Period.
2.2 We will have the final overall decision over selection of the winner and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

2.5 Winners will be announced on the Twitter Page after the Competition Period and contacted through Twitter.

2.4 We may select another individual from the pool if we are unable to contact you through Twitter, or if we cannot verify you as [either] a member of the Website [or 18 years old or over]. Such alternative entrant will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.

2.5 You will have 30 days from the date of our notification to claim your prize and be verified as set out above. If you do not respond or we cannot verify you within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize.

 

3. PRIZE

 

3.1 The prize in this competition is a Nespresso Machine.

3.2 Please allow 30 working days for delivery from the day you claim your prize.

3.3 We shall not be responsible to Winners nor do we have any control in any way for delivery of or the quality and condition of parts of the prize that are provided by third party suppliers. All queries or issues with respect to these parts of the prize should be directed to the applicable supplier.

3.4 The prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the prize (and event organisers, if applicable).

3.5 If the prize is or becomes unavailable during the Competition Period, we may substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.

3.6 Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

4. PUBLICITY

 

4.1 A selection of entries may be publicly posted by us on the Website, the Twitter Page and/or any other social media pages operated by us during and after the Competition Period.

4.2 If you are a Winner, we may use your name, first letter of your surname, town or city, county, country and details of your win, photographs of and quotes provided by you (“Publicity Material”) for publicity in accordance with our Website terms and conditions.

4.3 Any personal data you provide us with to participate in the competition will be held in accordance with our privacy policy (https://www.starspins.com/terms#privacy).

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

 

5.1 In consideration of us running the competition, you hereby grant us an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free, sub-licensable, transferrable licence to use, publish, copy, edit, distribute, communicate to the public and exploit: (i) your entry; and (ii) the Publicity Material (together, the “Content”) in all media (for example, but not limited to, print, television and internet), which may be in more than one country.

5.2 You undertake to us that the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party. You confirm that you have the right to grant us the rights set out in section 5.1 and that you have obtained all consents and permissions necessary to do so.

5.3 You hereby waive all “moral rights” in the Content and give to us all the consents that we need to exploit the Content in accordance with these terms and conditions.
