1. ENTRY

 

1.1 Offered to you by Profitable Play Limited ("we") on the Jackpotjoy Twitter page located at URL https://www.twitter.com/jackpotjoy/ (the “Twitter Page”). Our principal place of business is at Suite 2, Floor 4, Waterport Place, Gibraltar.

1.2 You must be over 18 years old and a resident of the UK or Ireland (and be located in one of those countries when you participate).

b. Any member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Players who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe specified below; or (ii) after the timeframe specified below but before any prize draw or before any prize is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any prize.

1.4 This competition is running between 11:00 (BST) on Friday 14th June until 09:00 on Monday 17th June. (the “Competition Period”).

1.5 Entry is free of charge by commenting with a joke during the Competition Period. You may only enter this competition once and only your first entry will be counted.

1.6 Our employees and contractors (and their family members) (or those of any Gamesys group companies) and the employees of our applicable third party partner(s) are excluded from entering the competition and any entries by them will not be considered.

1.7 You must not submit any content that: (a) is sexually explicit or offensive, including, but not limited, to messages or content that are expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, prejudice or profanity; (b) is abusive, defamatory or harassing or insulting to other members; (c) advertises, promotes or otherwise relates to any other websites or online or offline ventures, discusses illegal activities or personal details; (d) is about us or the Website or any other website connected to us and is untrue and/or malicious and/or damaging to us; or (e) contains or references children or alcohol. You agree not to submit any content that you do not own, you do not have the right to post or that otherwise infringes the content of someone else. These restrictions apply to the entirety of the content that you submit, which means that it must not appear anywhere in the content, including in the background or the foreground. We may not use any content that includes (in any way) any of the restricted material set out in this paragraph.

 

2. WINNER SELECTION

 

2.1 All eligible entries will be judged by our panel (which includes an independent adjudicator), who will choose the winners.

One winner will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants.
2.2 We will have the final overall decision over selection of the winner and this decision is final.

2.3 Winners will be announced on the Twitter Page after the Competition Period and contacted through Twitter.

2.4 We may select another individual from the pool if we are unable to contact you through Twitter, or if we cannot verify you as [either] a member of the Website [or 18 years old or over]. Such alternative entrant will be selected at random in accordance with the procedure set out above.

2.5 You will have 30 days from the date of our notification to claim your prize and be verified as set out above. If you do not respond or we cannot verify you within the stated time period, you may forfeit your prize.

 

3. PRIZE

 

3.1 The prize in this competition is a barbecue.

3.3 We shall not be responsible to Winners nor do we have any control in any way for delivery of or the quality and condition of parts of the prize that are provided by third party suppliers. All queries or issues with respect to these parts of the prize should be directed to the applicable supplier.

3.4 The prize is also subject to any restrictions and terms and conditions imposed by the provider of each element of the prize (and event organisers, if applicable).

3.5 If the prize is or becomes unavailable during the Competition Period, we may substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.

3.6 Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

 

4. GENERAL

 

4.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions removes or limits our liability for: (a) fraud; or (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These terms and conditions also do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.

4.2 We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control - for example, mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers.

4.3 These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we will post the changes on the social media pages.

4.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.

4.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

4.6 By participating in this promotion, you agree to release Twitter from any and all liability and claims related to this promotion.
